Bhool bhulaiyaa 2 is the remake of bhool bhulaiya (2007). The story revolves around the old haveli, spirit of Manjulika and Ruh baba (Kartik Aryan). The movie delineates how Ruh Baba understands the feeling of Manjulika and help her setting free and escape.
The story was okayish but the screenplay will definitely make you laugh and keep you engaged till the end. The movie was refreshing and I loved every minute of it. It is a family entertainer and a must watch for people who love humour and horror both. The movie for sure had few jumpscares but the movie was not at all scary. The supporting actors (especially Rajpal Yadav and Sanjay Misra) stole the show. Kartik Aryan literally slayed and even the weakest dialogues felt strongest when said by Kartik Aryan. He added life to the weak storyline of the movie. Tabu also did a great job and no one except Tabu have done justice to the role of Manjulika.
